DANIEL A. NACE
Daniel A. Nace is 41 years old. He has enjoyed support of the community of Sioux Falls his whole life. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1998. After graduation he worked and then eventually became the co-owner of his family’s property management business, until the sale of the business in 2015. Currently the co-owner of a screen printing and embroider business named Big Yeti Custom Creations, L.L.C., in Sioux Falls, with a great brother Robert Solorzano, or also known as Solo. They opened Big Yeti Custom Creations in 2016 and it continues to thrive with much local support. In 2020, during the rise of the Covid-19 Pandemic, reopened and runs JJ’s Billiards of Sioux Falls with some great success.
In 2012, Dan was Raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason in Unity Lodge #130. Being a Mason has given him much honor and joy, and he loves being a part of this brotherhood. He has always strived to be the best man that he could, for his family, friends, and himself personally. Becoming a Mason has allowed him to achieve this and so much more, as well as being a Mason is a family tradition. His Great-Grandfather was a member of Flandreau, and also has two uncles are and were members of Unity #130 and Trinity #200.
He has been a member of Unity Lodge #130 in Sioux Falls, and was fortunate enough to be elected as Worshipful Master in 2017, as well as being awarded Mason the year from Unity #130. His dedication does not stop there. He is also a member of Hartford Lodge #136. He has continued his support and commitment by becoming a member of many different bodies associated with the Masons. He is a member of the El Riad Shrine, the Sioux Falls Valley Scottish Rite, the York Rite Bodies, and the York Rite College Pasque Du Prairie #182 all of Sioux Falls. Plus, he was fortunate enough to be awarded the Ish Sodi award and Mason of the Year from the Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of South Dakota.
As a strong believer in Freemasonry, he plans to keep the tenants of Masonry strong. He is looking forward to working alongside the current Grand Officer line, for all his Brothers and for the betterment of Masonry in South Dakota!
